Replication From Backup

The Replication From Backup feature allows you to reduce the load on the production environment by replicating VMs directly from backups instead of reading data from running workloads.

Configuring a replication from backup job for VMware and Hyper-V environments is as straightforward as setting up a traditional replication job. When you start a new replication job wizard and select a VM backup as the source, NAKIVO Backup & Replication reads the required data from the Backup Repository and injects it into the replica.
